A book with two stories.

One about Darcy, a teenage writer who's first book is being published right out of high school. She learns to navigate adulthood, the book business and life in New York.

The other, about Lizzie. A girl involved in a terrible tragedy that thrusts her into the Afterworld, where the dead live. 

Lizzie's tale happens to be the book Darcy wrote. 

Pure. Genius.

This is one of the most gripping and addictive books I have read ALL YEAR!!!! 

I can't wait to see where Westerfeld takes both of their stories.
